We have made available some of the main forms used by the Credit Union and our members. Those here are for printing off so that they can be completed at home and taken to your preferred collection point.
1.
Application Form. This should be downloaded , completed and taken to the collection point or office, together with the appropriate I.D. (See the ‘Joining’ page).
2.
Change of Details. To be completed if your circumstances change.
3.
Loan Application Forms (1) and Loan Application (2). Both forms MUST be completed full for loan applications to be processed. Form (1) alone will not be sufficient.
4.
Share Withdrawal form. To be fully completed before being presented for the official section to be processed. (Note: You cannot withdraw shares if you have an outstanding loan and the withdrawal would bring your shares below the permitted level).

Please remember that all Loans and Share Withdrawals usually take between 7 to 14 working days to be processed. If there is an urgent need then you should contact a volunteer or officer of the Credit Union to seek special arrangements.
